When and Where

Meet at Sugar Creek Gardens in Kirkwood at 5:45.

The gardens are located one block south of Manchester Rd at 1011 Woodlawn.

The intersection of Woodlawn & Manchester is about one quarter mile east of Kirkwood Rd (Lindbergh). For a map, click here.

The owners are allowing us full access to photograph their collection of both common & unusual plants. They have many natives also. after we finish shooting, we can adjourn to Culpeppers for a late supper.

This should be a good opportunity to get nice evening photos.

More experienced nature shooters will be on hand to offer tips & guidence to our less experienced members.

Tonight is a "Hands-On Nature Shoot" presented by the Nature Section Committee. There is no competition.

"Located in Kirkwood, Sugar Creek Gardens specializes in exceptional and rare perennials. If you have not become a plant addict yet, there is still hope! We strive to offer the most remarkable, the newest and the oddest in plants from around the world. We also offer old-fashioned and modern roses, annuals, vines, ornamental grasses, and herbs."
